NORTH BAY — Vic Fedeli, the Minister of Finance for the ruling Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario, responded Wednesday morning to the news that cuts made by his government have resulted in nearly half of the Near North District School Board’s high school teachers being declared “redundant” by releasing a .PDF file made up of the word “fearmongering” in different fonts and sizes.
Fedeli, who recently went on record to say there would be no “involuntary job losses” in education, could not be reached for further comment, but his current voicemail message appears to be the Finance Minister yelling “forthepeopleforthepeopleforthepeopleforthepeopleforthepeopleforthepeopleforthepeopleforthepeople” with rising intensity.
