NORTH BAY – Ch-ch-ch-chia!
If you’ve ever wanted to grow tiny little plants out of the top of the Gateway Arch, then now’s your chance!
Local company Noord Star is working to produce a series of North Bay-themed designs that miniature garden enthusiasts can grow Chia Pet Seeds® out of.
The first model being produced is North Bay’s own Gateway Arch (marketed as “The Gateway”) which boasts enough room for over 200 seeds!
Future models include “The 503” Steam Engine Locomotive, “The Boat,” or Chief Commanda II, “The Bowl,” or City Hall, and “Dan’s Disaster,” modelled after 1135 Cassells Street.
